Who we are
Paradise Ranch (CNPJ 48.911.519/0001-58, Est. GO-118 Km 151, Zona Rural, Alto Paraíso de Goiás – GO, Brazil) is the controller of the personal data processed on this website, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018). What we collect and why
- Browsing, only with your consent. If you click "Accept" on the cookie notice, we use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics 4, Google Ads conversion measurement and the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram). They record pages viewed, clicks on the booking and WhatsApp buttons, device and approximate origin of the visit, so we can measure the site and our campaigns. Without your consent these cookies are not set and the Meta Pixel is not loaded.
- Bookings. When you book, the details you enter (name, contact, dates, guests and payment) are processed by our booking engine (Pousari) or, if it fails to load, by Cloudbeds — to carry out the booking, issue receipts and meet legal and tax obligations.
- Conversations. If you message us on WhatsApp or by email, we use the message and your contact details to reply and handle your request.
- Affiliate program. Guide sign-ups (a Portuguese-only page) use a Google Forms form; we use the data to review the application and pay commissions.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) logs technical access data, such as IP address and browser, for security and to keep the site running.
Who we share it with
With the providers that run the services above — Google, Meta, Vercel, Pousari, Cloudbeds and WhatsApp — only for those purposes. Some of them store data outside Brazil, under the safeguards the LGPD requires. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
For as long as each purpose requires: booking data for the period set by tax and consumer law; browsing data according to each tool's retention setting (up to 14 months in Google Analytics).
Your rights
You may ask us to confirm, access, correct, anonymise, port or delete your data, and withdraw your consent at any time (LGPD, art. 18). Just write to info@paradiseranch.com.br. You may also contact Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
